1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.
- After shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery.
2. How to Cancel an Order
- Log in to your ULADYU account.
- Go to Orders and find the order you wish to cancel.
- Click "Cancel Order" and select a cancellation reason.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
3. Cancellation by ULADYU
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Pricing or product information error on the website.
- Suspected fraudulent or duplicate orders.
- Inability to verify customer information.
In such cases, you will be notified via email and any payment made will be refunded in full.
4. Refund on Cancellation
- Online payments: Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- COD orders: No refund is required as payment was not collected.
5. Partial Cancellation
If your order contains multiple items, you may cancel individual items before the order is shipped. The refund will be adjusted accordingly.
