Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
COD is available across India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Once your order is shipped, you can track it from the My Orders section. Tracking details will be updated within 24 hours of dispatch.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us and a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned package.
We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and BlueDart depending on your location. A tracking number will be shared via email within 24 hours of dispatch.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at uladyu.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
