Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. ULADYU reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Visit our Returns page for more details.
