1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ULADYU purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
• Items purchased during sale or with discount codes may have restricted return eligibility.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your ULADYU account.
2. Go to Orders and select the order you wish to return.
3. Click "Request Return" and provide the reason for the return.
4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
5. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved returns: Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Online payments: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
